What is this service?

WebXtender is the document management system integrated with iBanner at the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ. WebXtender allows users to scan, retrieve, view, and manage documents associated with Banner records.Ìý View the links below to learn more information about gaining access to WebXtender, synchronizing passwords, configuring user settings as well as querying for documents.

Please note: The software WebXtender Web Access is also referred to as webXtender; the names are used interchangeably. Application Xtender Web Access is a component of Banner Document Management Suite.

What are the features of this service?

  • Stores documents associated with Banner records (e.g., admissions, financial aid, HR)
  • Supports uploading, scanning, indexing, and organizing documents.

Who is eligible for this service?

WebXtender is available to all iBanner users at the 91¶ÌÊÓÆµ.
